Daniel Bezzina M.Accty, (Melit), MIA, AMIT, CPA
Daniel Bezzina is the Managing Director of Capservices Limited, responsible for the strategic direction and overall management of the firm. He joined Capservices in January 2024 and was appointed Managing Director in October 2024. Daniel also serves as Managing Director of CapConnect Limited, the Group’s specialist provider of residency, relocation and immigration services in Malta.
A Certified Public Accountant by profession, Daniel holds a Master in Accountancy from the University of Malta and a Diploma in Taxation from the Malta Institute of Taxation. He is currently furthering his expertise in international taxation through the Advanced Diploma in International Taxation (ADIT) with the Chartered Institute of Taxation (CIOT).
Daniel commenced his career with KPMG Malta, including a secondment to the firm’s London and Southampton offices, before progressing into senior finance and leadership roles within the corporate services sector. He brings extensive experience across corporate services, financial management, taxation, governance and regulatory compliance.
He is a member of the Malta Institute of Accountants, the Malta Institute of Taxation and the Institute of Financial Services Practitioners.
Peta-Lee Urdang CA (SA)
Peta-Lee holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) in Accounting from the University of Johannesburg and qualified as a Chartered Accountant (South Africa). After completing her articles with KPMG in 2006, she joined a South African listed group as Financial Manager before being promoted to Financial Director, a role she held until 2017.
Peta-Lee relocated to Malta in late 2017 and joined CapServices in early 2019 as a Financial Accountant. Drawing on her extensive corporate finance and leadership experience, she was subsequently appointed as a Director of the company, where she leads the Group’s client accounting function, overseeing financial reporting, compliance, and accounting services for a diverse portfolio of local and international clients.
